If you need an Affidavit Commissioned, a Document Sworn, a Statutory Declaration given or, copies notarized please contact our office.
For documents which are already completed and do not have to be amended or advice given as to their nature or effect the fee for commissioning affidavits, swearing documents or making statutory declarations is $25.00 for the first document and $10.00 for each additional documents dealt with at that time.
If there are numerous documents we will agree upon a bulk rate fee.
If documents are not in order, must be amended or if a new documents must be produced by our office, you will be informed of the fees to be charged.
If you require advice with respect to the nature and effect of a document or if you ask about its nature, effect or any legal implications you will be charged for advice at our regular rates in addition to the basic fees.
We can also provide Certified Notarial Copies of original documents. You must bring with you the ORIGINAL document and personal identification. Your personal identification information will be recorded.
We are required to keep copies of all Notarized documents and evidence of the identification of the person requesting the Notarial service.
Everyone having an affidavit commissioned, document sworn, declaration made or copies notarized is required to declare under oath or by civil affirmation that the information is true, or that the documents are valid, as the case may be. We are also required to verify the identity of the person swearing or declaring the affidavit.
NOTICE: There are criminal penalties, including fines and imprisonment, for making false affidavits, false declarations or, swearing falsely about the nature or effect of a document. These criminal penalties also apply to presenting false, doctored or forged documents with the intent to obtain or to actually obtain Notarial Copies.Workers Compensation Claims
